Storage:
Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse. Stay away from sources of fire and heat. In winter, the storage temperature should be kept above 16 ℃ to prevent solidification. Keep the container sealed. It should be stored separately from oxidants and alkalis, and avoid mixing storage. Adopt explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities. Prohibit the use of mechanical equipment and tools that are prone to generating sparks. The storage area should be equipped with emergency response equipment for leaks and suitable containment materials.
Application:
(1) It is widely used in the production of vinylon, polyvinyl alcohol, vinyl copolymer resin, adhesives, coatings, etc.
(2) Used as a solvent in many industrial chemical reactions, in fields such as nitrocellulose, ink, and synthetic leather.
(3) Used for manufacturing acetate salts, acetate fibers, pharmaceuticals, fragrances, dyes, etc.
