- Carried-waste (such as wood, paper, plastic, rubber, textile, glass, powdery substance etc.) : ≤ 0.8% (by weight)
- Moisture content: below 0.3%
- Surface coating: Non-metallic coating is not allowed when importing to China
- Radioactive Contamination: external penetrating radiation should not exceed the local background value+0.25μGy/h.
- Mixing Regulations: Bulk copper scraps of different categories should be clearly classified and placed separately in independent packaging. It is not allowed to declare different types of recycled copper scraps under the same customs declaration form.
