Spherical titanium powder is a key raw material for 3D printing, and high-quality titanium powder is the foundation of titanium alloy additive manufacturing.

The spherical titanium powder produced is committed to minimizing the formation of planetary bodies to the greatest extent possible. It has the characteristics of high sphericity, low oxygen content, and controllable particle size, and excellent performance. It can be widely used in manufacturing technologies such as selective laser cladding, electron beam forming, laser metal deposition, hot isostatic pressing, injection molding, etc.

Yttrium Metal

Characteristics: Block shaped, with a silver gray metallic luster.

Purity/specification: 3N (Y/RE ≥ 99.9%)

Application: Mainly used for making black and colored special alloy additives, functional materials in industrial fields such as electronics and atomic energy.

Indium Ingot

Execution standard: YS/T257-2009

Purity: In99.995, In99.99, In98.0

Appearance: Silver white glossy metal, soft, with good plasticity and ductility, almost deformable at will. Melting point 156.6 ℃, density 7.362g/cm3.

Packaging: each ingot has a net weight of 500 ± 50g, which is vacuum sealed with polyethylene film and placed in a foam plastic inner packaging box, and then calcium plastic box, high-density composite board box, and iron packaging box are used as the outer packaging. The box is attached with a label indicating the batch number and net weight. Each box has 50 ingots and a net weight of 25Kg.

Application: Mainly used in the production of ITO (target materials, powders, films), solder materials in the electronics industry, low melting alloys, bearings for high-performance engines, seals in low-temperature and vacuum fields, soluble anodes, and nuclear reactor control rods.
