Application:
Mainly used for cyanide free electroplating, surface treatment, high-end detergents, paint coatings, cleaning agents, dispersants, and buffering agents. It is mainly used as an emulsifier, quality improver, chelating agent, and alkaline water agent in food processing. Can be used for preservation, water retention, and quality improvement of frozen aquatic products; Combining with other phosphates in meat processing yields better results; Increasing the expansion rate of ice cream can improve the taste of noodles and pastries, and prevent cheese aging.
